The location

We have selected one of the most beautiful places in North Thailand in which to found our innovative project: Chiangrai, 'The pride of North Thailand'. Chiangrai is known as the 'Gateway to China'.

It takes 15 minutes to reach your private residence from the international airport. Two internationally renowned golf courses, which are situated in splendid surroundings, numerous shops, international restaurants and a shopping mall are all within ten minutes reach of your house. The three hospitals, of which two are private, can assist you with your medical problems.

At Sanuk Residences, it is completely up to you how you wish to enjoy your life. By making use of the available facilities, such as the maintenance of your garden and your own sun-drenched swimming pool, you have more time left over to enjoy your life.

The costs of living

The costs of living in Thailand amount to approximately one fifth or one sixth of the living costs in the Netherlands. You can always eat out, you have no expenses for gas, water is delivered free of charge from your own deep-well pump, you have no expenses for maintaining a CV as you in fact do not have a CV, you have your garden and private swimming pool taken care of two times per week. Of course, you do pay for electricity, insurances, the telephone and ADSL internet. The petrol for your car costs around 0.90 Euro cents per liter.
