On June the 9th, 1976, Thailand and the Netherlands signed a treaty in order to avoid double taxing. When buying a house in Thailand and/or immigrating to Thailand, it is advisable to inform yourself thoroughly over all the tax advantages that may apply.

Sanuk Properties is broadly informed of the stipulations as mentioned in the tax treaty. We are, however, not experts in the area of taxes. In order to offer the best possible service to our clients, we have sought the cooperation of internationally renowned tax advisors who know all the ins and outs of the tax treaty between the Netherlands and Thailand, as well as all other relevant tax issues. The advice can apply privately (income tax) or on a business level (corporate tax, tax on unearned income abroad, VAT).

By filling in the contact form below, we can bring you in contact with our contact person at the tax advice office.
